ROV Rescue - Omniscan 450FS

In this video I use a BlueROV2 to recover a submerged hull cleaning ROV. First time I’ve used Omniscan in the wild and super impressed with the results. Even for a complete amateur it was easy to interpret the live scan and the clarity of relatively close surrounding structures provided excellent orientation and situational awareness.

I was time-limited as the recovery was urgent so only changed the range to 6metres and didn’t enable the new doppler tracking feature - although very much looking forward to trying that next.
