Can the ROVL Receiver be installed on the Vehicle

Yes. Putting the pinger (Tx) on the ROV is preferred for maximum range. The reason for this is that ROV thrusters tend to be both acoustically and electrically noisy, so if the receive head is on the ROV, it has less sensitivity due to the increased noise environment.
